There are new strip venues added every week with more clubs and pubs than ever before, here is a short list of the new clubs for 2008 which have been added to the listings at UK Strip Clubs.

New clubs for 2008 (January) are as follows:

Envy Strip Pub - Whitley Bay - Tyne And Wear

Private Eyes - Fife - Scotland

Lapicious - St Helens - Merseyside

Flirtz Lapdancing Club Nottingham

These are the new clubs for 2008, there are now 357 which is the highest number ever ( although I do say that every time!). From what I hear there are around a dozen serious businesses looking to open additional clubs in the UK, who are in the process of getting licences and sorting out premises so expect this number to be added to in the months to come!

Happy New Year to all readers of this blog and users of the forum!!!! You will probably know all this stuff but just in case…we could all need reminding sometimes!

Performers - Dancers/strippers are working and under the spotlight all the time so be polite and dont make their night harder than it needs to be! You would not want to have someone making nasty comments about you in your work so respect the person you are dealing with. While strippers appear to be confident they have the same insecurities as we have!!!

Money - Take in a cash allowance and go home after that is spent, you can use your credit card but will be charged for the priviledge. Dont spend your whole paycheck on one boozy night!

Saying No - Dont feel duty bound to say yes every time-you dont want to be the only one with no cash half way through the night! Again be polite as the performer has feelings too!

Stags and larger groups - Book ahead to check your party will be able to get access, most venues will be able to spare a VIP area and you may be able to get free/reduced entry and free drinks!!

Bringing someone of the opposite sex - Most clubs will be fine with you bringing your female friend or partner, however some strippers may prefer not to perform for a table with females. Check your female friend knows where they are going and what the enteretainment will be like.

Tips - You might think ‘Strippers are making loads of money, so why should I tip?’ But like barmen and cab drivers, they rely on tips as an important part of their cashflow.

General Etiquette says dont drink too much and treat others as you would want to be treated and relax and have a great time!!

There has been a major opening in Hustler in London, the Hustler brand is set to take the UK by storm!!!

Hustler have hundreds of clubs across the US and Europe and are a well established quality brand They are positioned in Crown Hill Croyden if you want to go down and see what all the fuss is about!!

Also opening this week was The Ashford Club which is in High Street, Ashford Kent.

Hustler could be opening more clubs in the UK to rival Spearmint Rhino, who have 8 clubs in England and one now in Scotland.

Hustler are best known for their adult magazines and the exploits of owner Lary Flynt which were made into a film with Woody Harrelson.

There have been a couple of new clubs added to the listings at UK Strip Clubs.

Essence Wine Bar of Walsall, West Mids is now running regular lap dancing nights on Thursday from 10pm to 3am. Its free entry so if you live anywhere nearby then it could be woth a look!

Spearmint Rhino: Rouge Brighton has finally opened its doors for business. This is the second Spearmint Rhino to open it’s doors in Brighton and its placed in 75 - 79 East Street.

The Rembrandt near London Bridge in London, has announced that it will open next month ie January 2008. It is already opened its restaurant and bar and will add lap dancing to it’s list of services.

So good luck to the clubs we have just added, Essence Wine Bar, Rouge Brighton and The Rembrandt!!

We are now into December and Christmas is coming into view around the corner. You may be planning a night out at a strip with your friends, co-workers or acquaintances and there are a few things to look out for…

Book ahead to get a good deal, group discount free champagne or access to the VIP area.

Check availablility to avoid dissapointment prior to turning up on the night.

Arrange a little surprise for one of your mates, get your pal up on stage for humiliation and Christmas fun!

Plan your night: food (!), transport, accomodation (if required), club entry and return transport.

There will be more clubs added as we find them, it seems like more and more clubs are opening every week. I think we have never been past the 350 mark….

Whether the UK can support this number of clubs remains to be seen. It seems as though licencing is not as hard to get as it once was and we could be seeing stripping returning to Northern Ireland for the first time in a few years.

Inner Circle was established in 1992 In London and offer a members club with lifetime membership of £70. They meet once every week on Monday between 8pm and 11pm. Contact club for the address.

The Liquorice Club confirmed that over half their web traffic for 2007 came through UK Strip Clubs and that they considered their Enhanced Listing great value for money! At only £40 per month to be seen by a wide range of people from dancers/performers to regular punters and club owners.

UK Strip Clubs has seen a marked rise in users and interest in our advertising services over the last 6 months and hopefully this will continue into 2008. We get and average of over 1,400 unique visitors each day and almost half a million unique visitors this year alone!!
