One of the reasons we decided to have a blog, apart from just chatting with strip fans, was to let you know about essential sites and services you should know all about! This week we are featuring a newish website called Banana Shoes who stock lingerie, high heels and sexy costume type stuff which will be perfect for raising a few temperatures in a strip club!!!

A New venue in West Sussex called Club Redd was burnt down in a dramatic fire which occupied 100 firemen and dozens of fire appliances in Burgess Hill. Authorities now think that the blaze was started deliberately and are gathering evidence, Police are asking for witnesses to come forward.

Club Redd was opened in a storm of controversy and some of the complaints verged on the threatening and was described by venue owner as ‘vitriolic’.

This is the first instance (any one who can remember a previous situation let us know) of a club deliberately sabotaged. Usually the moral brigade only make noises and use their unconstitutional connections to plot against venues, but now it seems that the Mary Whitehouse Brigade are going militant. What next? Armed police at local council meetings, clubs looking like Fort Knox or strippers needing ‘body’ guards?

Hopefully owner Leo Vallis can get Club Redd opened asap and show these people…it will be interesting to see what the local council do when the ruling on the venue licence comes up.

We cant give into these people, first it will be strip clubs next it will be pubs opening hours and who knows what else untill we are living in the 1970s again and you can only drink for a few hours a day and eveywhere is closed on Sunday! With all the press attention (mostly negative) that strip and lap dancing venues have been getting in the last few weeks it will come as no surprise that there are quite a few clubs opening in the UK that have been added to the listings at UK Strip Clubs. If you believe the press then there are dozens opening their doors every week in every sleepy village across the UK, with no regulation at all….

There are just over 300 venues in the mainland UK and I feel this is a ceiling we wont go far past, we will reach a point where any more will not be viable and club owners will feel the squeeze due to competing for punters with too many othe venues.

We have added several different clubs to our listings in the last month and here they are:

Hooters - Nottingham - The mighty Hooters chain bring their brand of gents entertainment to the UK, topless waitress service, food and drink!!!! There are half a dozens Hooters joints planned for the next year.

Krystal’s - Lincoln - In the heart of Lincoln, opens this Friday 18th July 2008 with a special opening night extravaganza!!!

Club Shine - Bognor Regis - Topless dances in West Sussex!!

Redd Gentlemans Club - Burgess Hill - Luxury new gentlemans club open from Wenesday to Saturday.

Number 7- Aberdeen - Large luxury club, topless and naked dances with up to 15 girls working each night!

Secrets Waterford - Ireland - A new club for Ireland with VIP booths and champage

First of all please contact clubs directly using the contact phone and email details we provide. If there are no contact details see the venue website, they may have a contact form or separate phone line for performers.

Next use the FREE UK Strip Clubs Forum to let venues know about your skills and want you are looking for. There are sections for USA, EU and further afield so it pays to do a little background before you travel.

Find out about venues first get details such as House Fee, shifts, House Mother and what kind of performances you will be asked to do. The forum is a great way to do your homework prior to traveling. Also you can get a wealth of info on venues and good practice in the business.

UK Strip Clubs is updated several times every week

This is just a quick blog to remind everyone that the UK Strip Clubs Forum is a great free way to advertise their goods and services!!! It’s free to join up and use and we have almost 6,000 members many of whom are dancers/performers or involved in the industry.

The forum is a perfect place for advertise you lingerie company, sexy lap dancer clothing, your strip related service or club night or anything else which would be relevant for the site.

We have had a great response to our recent mail shot to all venues listed on UK Strip Clubs, so thanks for all the clubs who took the time to get back to us!!! We have updated all these listings and as a result we have a much more accurate database than before!!! It goes without saying that venues will benefit from our users being able to get in touch to apply for jobs, book tables and find out about clubs. We have thousands of visitors to the site every day!!!

Also, please get Commenting on clubs you have visited in our Ratings/Comments system!!! Keep them clean (ish) and scandal free!!!

What with all the new stuff we have added to the site, improved listings and interactive features we are taking the industry into the 22nd century!!

We have changed the way UK Strip Clubs looks and added great features for each venue listed! We have added an individual page for each venue with extra details such as dance price, number of dancers etc We have also added a ratings system for each club, where punters can rate their favourite clubs letting everyone know what each club was like and rate them between 1 and 5.

All these features are now added and you can start letting everyone know about a great night out or a quality new club you have located!!!

After the mailing we sent out to all venues featured on UK Strip Clubs, we have had a great response and would like to thank all the clubs and pubs who have updated their listings. This is good for clubs, users and us as we can give users of the site better and more up to date details.
